We Talk
It starts with a conversation - usually a Zoom call. Tell us what you're envisioning. We'll listen, ask questions, and give you honest feedback on what's possible in your backyard and budget. No pressure. No pitch. Just two people talking about a pool.

You See Your Pool Before It Exists
We visit your home, measure your backyard, and create a detailed 3D design showing exactly how your pool will look in your space. You can adjust, tweak, and redesign until it's perfect. Then you visit our Design Warehouse to pick your finishes in person - tile, plaster, decking, stone, coping. You'll touch and see every material before we order it.

We Build. You Watch (or Don't).
Our team handles everything: excavation, ICF wall construction, rebar, plumbing, electrical, our pioneered monopour technique, stairs, ledges, finishes, and decking. You'll receive regular progress updates and photos. You're welcome on-site anytime - but you don't need to be. We've got it.

Every pool is different - size, depth, features, finishes, and decking all affect the price. Rather than give you a vague range, we provide a detailed, itemized quote based on YOUR specific design. You'll know exactly what everything costs before you commit. Schedule a consultation and we'll walk you through what a pool like yours typically runs.
Most of our full-service builds are completed within 8-12 weeks from excavation to swim day, depending on pool size, complexity, weather, and feature scope. Compare that to 6-18 months with many traditional contractors. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your consultation - and we stick to it.
We serve Springfield and surrounding areas in Missouri. During your initial consultation, we'll confirm whether your location is within our build area. If you're outside our service area but still want an ICF pool, our nationwide kit program lets you build with our system and support anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
Gunite and shotcrete pools are sprayed concrete - they require resurfacing every 7-10 years, aren't insulated, and are prone to cracking. ICF pools are steel-reinforced concrete poured inside insulated forms - fully insulated, fully waterproof, and built to last 50+ years with no resurfacing. We offer Renolit PVC membranes, EcoFinish, plaster, pebble finishes, and custom tile for the pool interior. For decking: precast concrete pavers, natural stone, porcelain, brick, PVC, and composite wood. We also design and build outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, firepits, fountains, and water features. You'll visit our Design Warehouse to see and touch everything before we order.
Yes. We create precise engineering plans from your approved 3D design, including exact ICF block count and layout. We handle the permitting process so you don't have to navigate the building department on your own.
We recommend and prep for the Aquamatic Hydramatic autocover system. The autocover is a direct purchase from Aquamatic (not through us), but we include all prep components and integration in your build so it works seamlessly. We'll connect you with Aquamatic during the design phase.
Before we leave, we train you on your entire pool system - equipment, automation, chemicals, maintenance, winterizing. Then we're still here. We're a local company and you're a neighbor. If you have questions next spring or three years from now, call us. We don't disappear after the final payment.
